What would the interest be for a free session on saturday coming, for a session with me, for me to:

-showcase the moves that I feel are monstorously useful for improving speed technique

-explain why I feel this way about these moves

-teach them.

What do you think? the sess would be free, but only happen if people are interested. Im looking at writing an article on the subject.

Hey Noams, that sounds fantastic - not sure I would be brave enough to do it in my speed skates. Will you be?

1.30 at the beach.

um... will I be in my 5s? I dont think so. I might try it though. I think it might be a little too challenging to do in 5's - even for me, so Id recommend just attending in regular skates. you will be more likely to handle the moves, and you will feel the full benefit still.

I'll have to pull my hockey skates out!  I haven't skated in them for more than a year.
