|
|
What would the interest be for a free session on saturday coming, for a session with me, for me to:
-showcase the moves that I feel are monstorously useful for improving speed technique
-explain why I feel this way about these moves
-teach them.
What do you think? the sess would be free, but only happen if people are interested. Im looking at writing an article on the subject. |

| Hey Noams, that sounds fantastic - not sure I would be brave enough to do it in my speed skates. Will you be? |

1.30 at the beach.
um... will I be in my 5s? I dont think so. I might try it though. I think it might be a little too challenging to do in 5's - even for me, so Id recommend just attending in regular skates. you will be more likely to handle the moves, and you will feel the full benefit still. |

| I'll have to pull my hockey skates out! I haven't skated in them for more than a year. |
