| I'm a tentative yes, I'm not skating at full flow yet but I would like to check my knee bend (read lack of it) to give myslef a base mark for the years progress. |

Thanks Mike. I will be there.
I'm mindful that when skating you are never as low as you think you are, so I will try to skate with extra knee and ankle bend and get my butt lower, but I probably couldn't hold that position skating position for too long. Does that sound OK, or would you suggest I skate naturally more upright like I might do if I were to skate continuously for longer? |
