I am thinking about the word rest this week.
My only definate plans are:
Wednesday - London Skate
Friday - LFNS
Sunday - South Woodham Ferrers race meeting.
See how I feel tomorrow may come over to Richmond too. Seems a shame to waste the current reasonable weather. Just feeling a little tired at the moment. |

Mon: bank holiday in Germany so we're doing a nice training session
Tue: visit from a friend who stays overnight: no training
Wed: Team Training (distance skate)
Thur: Track Training
Fri: not defined jet
Sat: invited for a wedding, so no skatin
Sun: maybe a slow skate depending on the wedding party the day before  |

Mon: 20k+ skate (still recovering from Saturday)
Tues: Maybe a paceline skate (Bremen team training), definitely doing the Bremen streetskate afterwards
Wed: Uphill intervals session
Thurs: Team training
Fri: rest
Sat: wedding
Sun: 30k tour which nicely fits into the drive back from Hannover (weather/hangover depending ) |

| Seems Edd may now be doing a preliminary route check on Tuesday now so I'll pass on Richmond tomorrow but I'll go on Saturday. |
