Well I'm feeling well enough after yesterday to think about training now. However, the weather seems to be making resting plans for me so will return to the dry exercises.
However, if there is a break then route check on Tue is all I have plans for. |

I've done a really nice long skate last Sunday (about 20 km), it was so nice to be on the road again really skating for the first time after the broken arm.
For the rest of the week:
Wed: maybe some running (but more likely housework which could be excercise too )
Thu: indoor training
Sat: hopefully some good weather to go skating.
Getting a bit nervous 'cause I need to get fit before Sardinia. |

Tanya: can you give me a lift Tatem->Eugene's, or do you have a carful already?
Not skating tomorrow, unless while juggling, trapezing, stilt walking or on the tightrope. |

oops bit late now but no we didn't go, too damp (Although Bham Alex did go by herself). Went to Hillingdon instead, damp but good practise.
Boy those cyclists are feisty....... |
