Already halfway through the weekday week, and no training thread?
Thu - HP Skating
Fri - Gym
Sat / Sun - TBC
I have the day off tomorrow and was planning to do some skating either early morning or mid-morning. Anyone about? |

Merten and I tried out Ice-Speedskating last night. That was kind of strange... But cool anyway. So finally an other training opportunity for us apart from running |

Outdoor Long track, yup. But not a 400m track, we don't have one here, something like 250 at best.
Was quite scary at first, but after one hour I started to feel more comfortable. It is strange to be a gumbie again but I guess we'll try to make this a regular thing next off-season, there's only one more suitable session before Sardinia and the rink closes afterwards.
Btw... we've swapped our skate blog to English, and I'll try to do a quick writeup later tonight. There is already a pic of our clap frame equipped Junkers, so feel free to check it out! |

| Yay, dry roads. Skated to work from Paddington again today. Also skated to the station. About time. Should have done it yesterday too but I was not completely with it. Hope it stays pretty dry between now and Sardinia. |

I could've posted quicker than that Tanya! I only asked you like 4 hours ago
Sunday might be a more leisurely start time as there is no time pressure due to traffic. I plan on getting there about midday. |
