Ok, looking at the rain radar - we might be OK.  I will book wednesday if i feel it will be dry enough in the evening but please state below if you are interested in a last minute training session this wednesday - need at least four people! max 15

Structure will be similar to indoors and will concerntrate on skills / technique.  Sessions will be short (i.e. 5-6 laps) with a few minutes rest.

We will have a warm up, few drills, some slowish skating, build up lap, 2 laps sprint for person on the front.  then repeat for number of people there.

Again all levels welcome.

This looks great. Count me in subject to work any last minute work conflicts - but looks clear. Guess you'll confim later in the week that it's definitely on.

Unfortunately I have to fly off to Germany at short notice and won't be back until Friday - so won't be able to make this one. Sorry, about that - sounds like a great session.

That was fun.  Thanks for sorting it out.

On the way home Duracell and I found a really nice alternative to the tennis courts.

Freston  Road

250-300m long, wide, dead-end, smooth, bright-white-floodlit,  junction & traffic free.
