Since I'm racing the one-eleven this weekend, I will not be doing any formal training. I will go for a roll down in HP along the serpentine on Tues. evening probably.

I'm (was?) planning on going to Tatem tomorrow night. Hopefully I'm not the only one going there... or else I shall stay home (once more)  Embarassed

Actually, Hans is going to Richmond tonight. As that is much closer to my home, I'll be going to train there with him tonight instead.

As Kim mentioned, I will be in Richmond tonight so any body who needs to collect wheels and lives south of Central London is more than welcome to PM me and arrange a rendezvous

Special training session yesterday - technique training with Jorge Botero (Rollerblade World Team) Cool.

(Yes there were more skaters than us two, coming from regional speed teams like Bremen, Hannover, Celle... there was a parallel session with Diego Rosero running as well). Huge team photosessions in the end Smile

Great session, lots of good new drills, and always great to see somebody like Jorge skating at close distance...
He even allowed us to draft him and hold his hand Embarassed

Yeah that was a really great training session. As I did not have any technique before hand I think I can use the drills for my daily training.
It was incredible to see the two skating - like machines - all muscels. Girls: you would have had fun  Wink
Cheers

Sunday: I will be doing 9am sprints with Hans, some drills then a long slow skate (destination and time unknown as yet, we'll play it by ear).
