Plan on being at Tatem on Tuesday and doing something Thursday, Sat and Sunday (weekend, either at HP or Richmond). Any plans for Tuesday?

My training for the coming weekend's sortie to Barcelona is nearly complete. After the beer and wine consumed on Saturday night I am not tapering to a few tonight and maybe one or two on Wednesday. From next Monday onward I will be focussed more toward skating and have 4 days to train before travelling to Berlin. Do you thing that's enough? 
Well I'm only 40 once and I'm sure Berlin will still be there next year. |

Alas, after my fall yesterday, no skating for me until very earliest Berlin - and even that is subject to a consultation before my flight next Thursday  Good news is, if it is a withdrawal at least I have a further seven days to Koln 
PS, skate or no skate, this will in no way affect my attendance in Berlin especially the after party  |

Yeah, I know but thighs feeling it (perhaps I didn't streach enough after the relay, turned out to be a hard race.
And for some reason my left wrist feels strange, thinking I may have lifted Rudy/Music bike strangley last night.

I hope to get over to Tatem on Tuesday.
I'm not able to get over to Tatem at the weekend, but I hope to start going more often on Sunday mornings. The plan will be to do technique training for the first part of the session, and stamina training for the second part. This will be the format until Christmas. |
