Wicked, I'll see you there.  I'm really looking forward to this as I know it's an area I really need to improve on.

My legs still feel like lead from the easter weekend ... and an average of 55km per day...

Anyone up for a really early session at the Cycle Circuit tomorrow ?? The course is booked from 10 a.m. on, which means : start at 8, just when they open the door.  Wink

Is that Hillingdon or Eastway?  I was thinking about Hillingdon just to have another go at it before the time trials, but "really early" is against my religion, I'm afraid.

Merten and I have been out skating today. Well, we wanted to skate a technique session with his sister. We skated all the way to the road we wanted to skate on. The way was hard to skate but we managed. Then we reached the road and I thought "OK, now the tarmac is better, you're safe". I was wrong  Crying or Very sad A rut in combination with some stones and I went flying backside first.
I am quite alright but my skates are hurt (the blue leather has road rash now). I am sad...
