I will be at Tatem tomorrow evening - we have a danish guest who is going to come along to training also. Will be not that stressful a session hopefully as I still need a lot of recovery!
Thursday I hope to have another fairly relaxed skate. On the weekend I will get some distance in. |

| If you believe the forecast, tomorrow will be a lot better than today - so see you then. |

Hey Hans,
You were missed - but your absence was compensated by the presence of Kat from Denmark - great skater (7th at St Gallen), brilliant crossovers. She was skating fast with Gavin and Jon whilst I and Helen went round more sedately. Christophe was there till 8 - great to see him getting back into it. |

It was a good session last night. I miss the Voie Verte! but once I got into it, I enjoyed it and it was good exercise. "Sedate", maybe, but I am getting faster, slowly.
A vote of thanks to Sue who brought a broom and made skating round the far corner much more enjoyable, for me at least.
Gavin seemed to have plenty of energy left after St. Gallen. Raymond's found quite a few pics of him on the web; also of Kat, who was with us last night - very impressive crossovers!
It was good to see Christophe again. But we missed all of you who didn't make it. Hope today is an improvement on yesterday, Hans. |

| Planning to, as I got a lot out of last week's session. That said, however, I am going to a wedding reception on Sat night, so it's a 'maybe' for now... |

I'll see you at 9 then - Yes I'll park at the beach.
If Nasha's recovering from a Saturday binge I might be able to beat her this time.
I'm emailing you from the Eurostar lounge at Waterloo - Eurostar however take no responsibility for the opinions expressed - and I'll have to miss the FNS and do the PariRoller instead |
