I should be there tonight (as my builder has just moved my appointment) - though nobody told me that Fast Freddy was coming and I have only brought my very worn down wheels and rusty bearings that squeak loudly with each push.
I may try and go a little earlier to do some cross over drills which clearly I am very bad at.

good session guys, my evening didn't end so well and having just left A&E it seems that flying isn't recommended for a few weeks (i'm taking that to mean 6 days at the moment).
So if anyone fancy meeting up this weekend for some sessions that would be cool, can't drive or fly anywhere, so most likely to be @ HP.

Hey Tanya (Fred and Ed) thanks very much for the session, I really enjoyed skating with you guys and really learnt how long and short one minute can be depending on whether you are resting or sprinting. Thanks very much.
What happened Tanya? Must be some kind of jinx - as my morning hasn't started so good either - not only did I sleep in (b/c I was tired) - but actually got run over for the first time - no damage to me - but poor Power Ed's former bike's front wheel is all mangled. Looks like I'll have to get a replacement this weekend.
I'd like to do a sprint session on Sunday, if you're up for it. Getting to Richmond on Sat by public transport is not too bad - but I am open as to suggestions and locations.
