Tues: not sure yet
Weds: WNS
Thurs - Mon: accompanying 250 cyclists from Greenwich to l'Arc de Triomphe (by car, not cycling). Will try to pick up a pro cyclist to help with our winter training (like the selfless individual I am)
I'm taking my skates but doubt if I'll have much free time. I'm not a fan of running, but don't want to totally veg out this close to Berlin. Will maybe have to make do with practicing my knee bend at every opportunity. Any other suggestions? |

| No training for me this week. Just a bit of general skating tomorrow and some stretching exercises. Stretching on the sofa to watch the cricket. Walking round Cologne on Saturday then racing on Sunday. |
