|
|
Just before Sardinia I was chatting to Gav about maybe doing a once a week dryland training session in a Central London gym somewhere. It'd be organised, run with a plan, include music, warm up, warm down, and some stretching, lasting at least an hour. No skates - all in trainers.
I'd like to know a few things:
Whether you're interested at all.
How much everyone would be willing to pay for this - £5, £8, £10, given that room hire is likely to cost something significant per hour. Of course the more people taking part, the cheaper it gets.
Which evening is best for you? Of course it depends on when we can find gym time, we may need to adapt to availability.
Cheers,
Mike. |

| This sounds fab. I'm interested, price-wise, somewhere in the middle (up to £7.50?). Mon, Weds, Thurs evenings are good for me. |

Price-wise... up to 7.50 is good.
Mondays and Wed are out as that is ice skating.
Avon: you agree? price-wise I take it? |

| I forgot to add that I'd want to run this as a club thing, so assuming it goes ahead, either we divide up and match exact costs each week, or a fixed price and any (small) profit goes towards the club to fund future weeks where there may only be a few attendees. I'm thinking of the Battersea hockey experience here. |

mike,
i think it is a fantastic idea; would have to be very commutable to Lon business centre for me to be a regular.
i guess the next step is to find a regular commutable venue.

| I could be suckered into doing some of these. My schedule is erratic too but if I know a couple of weeks in advance of when they are likely to be, I can work them in. |
