| Really need to work out how to position my upper body. Other than that it fealt so much better than the last time we were there. I'm either starting to get it or the surface was in better condition. Hopefully there is a component of the former in there... |

| Yeah it was good... but I'm definitely not a fan of 9pm training. We need to find an earlier slot as I feel that it's not going to work long term. Too much stress and inconsistency trying to fit everything together training plan wise. |

I can't make Thursday - but probably can make Wednesday - will any one be going to westway?
May go down to HP Tuesday for a morning skate. |

| I will speak to Tanya and see if we can book it again for Wednesday if people are keen? Weather looks good. |

Not been to Battersee before, would be interested. Alternatively Westway on Wed, but won't do both.
Glenn, when is "morning" for you? |

Steff - sorry, I missed you're post - I went between 7.50 a.m and 8.50 a.m - last year when I went I tried to get there between 7.30 and 8.30 (so I could get to work by 9.00) - but this year I haven't managed to get there too much. Hopefully, work will be a little less hectic.
Mike - why not come to Westway with us?
