I'm interested; I haven't been there before - but hear that there's a free basket ball court nearby - so perhaps if people wanted to start earlier we could start from there.

It will be a similar format to last week. Warmup then some pyramid sets.
I recommend arriving at least 15 min early. What would be best is if we could all have 5/10 min to jog around and get our skates on so that we don't have to spend lots of time warming up once we get the track |
