I am looking at buying a wobble board. After a quick google search, I can see that there are quite a few on the market, any recommendations or suggestions as to what I should buy - presume I should go for wooden over plastic - or does it not make much difference?

| Will you be wearing your skates when you get onto the wobble board? |

Thanks guys. That was really helpful advice. After talking it over with some one sensible though, I think I may get a Bosu ball. Mike, unfortunately, no video camera will be involved.

I got to see the latter on Monday evening. It's a small plank of wood (tad bit smaller than an A4 piece of paper) with a broom handle along the centre line.
Miles cheaper than a Bosu ball, and probably more skate specific. Maybe we can coerce Lawrence into making some more - if only we knew where we could find a stash of broom handles |

| Hey Glenn, sorry it has taken so long to get an answer for you. He reckons he could make them for about £10 a pair. Let me know if you are still interested or if you went for something else instead. |
