| I know that none of us got selected but this is now happening and Vinnie and Doon came 22nd and 30th (out of 41) in the 300metres. Vinnies time was 27.313 - the Italian winner did it in a shade under 26 seconds with a New Zealander (Kalon Dobbin) in second place |

Well Done Vinnie and Doon!
The 300m was taken out by Sprinting Legend Gregorio Duggento in 25.826, followed by rival Kalon Dobbin and the Frenchman Thomas Boucher.
In the Womens event, Colombias, Jennifer Caicedo took the Gold, with Italian Sprinter, Maria Laura Orru coming in Silver and the Bronze was won by European Champion, Estelle Flourens of France.
In the 15,000m Elimination, Frances superstar, Alexis Contin took top honours (this guys only 19.... and I've raced him, and he is good!) followed by the Italian double act of Fabio Francolini and Matteo Amabili
The Womens 15,000m saw another win for Colombia as Alexandra Vivas took the title with Argentinas, Melisa Bonnet in Second and Colombian Kelly Martinez in third |
