LOL ... look at the 1st video (the start of the Paris WIC). Look who jumps off the start line with a huge false start... comes clear about 45 seconds in Wink

on a related note... that Paris marathon looks mad! Huge bits of it where traffic is barely stopped at all. Skaters having to dodge cars, and everyone having to keep a very close eye on the traffic.

It would be cool to see a 5 wheeler competent enough on those.

I heard that someone joined in one and it wasn't quite what he was expecting.

I've skated quite a few in 5 wheelers.  Anyone can easily do it, providing they're competent skaters and once they're used to speedskates.  A Ken or Adrian alleyway session is no problem.

Also had american Brian a couple of seasons back. He was more cautious as he was just visiting when it came to running lights but speed on the street and around vehicles was not a problem. I used to do them in 5 wheel frames with rec boots 3 years ago, when I was still fit. No problems then either.
