Hello skaters,
I hope my question is not too stupid, but you're the only non German/French forum that shows some experience and might help me on this one:
I'm quite new to the field of speedskating and want to participate in one or more of the WIC marathons this year.
How can I register to any of these events, but not officially to the WIC elite group?
For example, last year I did the Berlin marathon and registered directly through their site. I couldn't find any such site (not to mention in English) that allows registration to swiss marathons.
Is it possible to register at the day of the event?
Also, will my results in this case of non elite registration be valid for future registration to an elite group?

hiya, I don't have experience in registering for Swiss events for just by looking on the SWC website you get links for each events where it seems you can register online in advance.
Try this: http://www.swiss-inline-cup.ch/events/events.htm

Under "Online-Anmeldung" you can see a hyperlink for each of the forthcoming races where you can then enter your registration details.

you can also do the registration for each swiss inline cup at the day of the event, but you have to pay 10 chf additional fee for the late registration.

if you are planing to do all swiss events they have a special offer on the swiss inline cup homepage. for 400 chf you can register all 8 events and you get a skater backpack for free.
