Yep - thanks very much! I enjoyed that, although felt drained later that afternoon.
And thanks Mike for the video review. I (don't) look forward to seeing how well I skate |

Adrian many thanks for the great start to winter training. Loved the emphasis on smooth skating; was also great doing the drills so we could feel our edges and know I have to sit down lower. Very embarrassing when we had to cross-over skating clockwise around the track (think I'll need to work on that).
Mike did a great job with the camera during the afternoon - not sure whether you'll get a chance to have a quick look when it's on the forum.
Thanks again,
G |

Well done to all who attended - a great start to the off-season training.
I'll post the session on the members section of the forum, so you can use it when I'm not around. |

I'm going to Hyde Park tomorrow am for 0800 if it is dry. Going to be doing the drills from Adrian's session on Sunday, and hopefully some cross-overs in circles as suggested. (I'm like Derek Zoolander when it comes to turning)
Anyone around?
Edit: Going tomorrow; not raining right now but looks like it might |

Work sucks, so sorry, probably won't be able to make it. May pass through and say hello on the bike if you are there.

| lovely morning this morning. Cross overs were hard the other way. I think I just struggle to get my hips low and in the correct position. |
