I've not got very much training in recently so I'm gonna try and return to the routine.
Mon- Health Related Fitness (at School)
Tues-Tatem (early)
Wed-Gym
Thurs- Possibly Tatem or Rest
Fri- Indoor Borehamwood
Sat- Tatem
Sun-Tatem if not on sat
Anyone going to Tatem this week  |

today: rest after weekends sleep deprivation (BattleUK)
tues: freestyle for speed skills, with Mike (the Mr Miyagi stuff)
wed: LSS with vid review with mike. maybe suicide too.
thurs: rest
fri: Mikes low walking thing?
sat: Rich what? RICHMOND! Rich what? RICHMOND!
sun: rest (teaching). |

Mon: climbed the tower of Koeln Dom (ok, that's kind of lame)
Tue: Short Slow Skate with fartlek element if traffic permits (LFNS RC)
Wed/Thu: 10x500 plus right turn practice, if I can find a suitable place and OK weather. Otherwise some kind of dryland
Thu/Wed: rest
Sat: Richmond if there's a crowd going
Sun: Mike's marshal thing |

| What are peoples feelings about training in the wet? Mike just cancelled on me again, but I dont see an issue with the wet. |

Yeah, I think its fine that you train in the wet too!!
Monday - didn't do much
Tuesday - did quite a lot
Wednesday - will miss peter / andy / gav
Thurday - repeat Monday
Friday - repeat tuesday (maybe craig will make it this time, unless hes racing in polland )
Saturday - Richmond (endurance NOT speed!!!) 3/4* laps
Sunday - Tidy house (more work than anything above)
* thats one more than the max I've ever done before so unlikely |

I'd like to do more at the moment (injuries aside) as my training bearings seem to be un-seazable and it seems to highlight a good cucumber push, if I do my usual too open then carve push I just slide out. |
