If we get one more def we can skate tonight. - i have new cones!!
let say if people can post here by 2.30pm (and above confirm) then i will book. I've checked and its available etc.
I think we should do a warm up 10-15min, (rest 3) techique stuff 10-15min,(rest 3), pyramids 10-15min (rest 5)- a few fast out laps (5min or so) (rest 3) and cool down....
thats if Kimmo doesn't come, if he does we can do what he says! |

I have medium sized red cones if you want them...not as big as traffic cones, but bigger than slalom ones!
They're pretty the same size as the ones the slalom skateboarders use. You're welcome to borrow them if you want. |
