Did about 1/3rd of a route check yesterday. Just plain tired now. Not training this week am adjusting my diet to get ready for the off season. Reducing intake at the moment as I am going to start exercising less and need to get my weight down by a couple of kilos before Berlin/Cologne.

Won't lower my carb intake until after Cologne though.

Really enjoying the cycling again at the moment, though my bum might disagree with that statement. It doesn't hurt my groin like skating ad my knees appear to be recovering or maybe they are just complaining less.

Still in mild alochol resistance training for my 4 day birthday party next weekend.  Very Happy

Yes - I hope to get to Tatem tonight.

We'll be focusing on speed work ahead of this weekends British Championships, and sharpening up on race technique.

See you there.....

So who else is going to Tatem tonight? I was thinking of either going to Tatem or Richmond tonight - depending on what's going on at Tatem.

I'm not Tateming tonight.
Might call it a day for schoolnight training actually with the night closing on early nowadays.
Bring on Tatem Sundays!
