Yup. Very good and quiet. I'm proud of myself, I managed to keep up with Fred and Sol warmup (I know, I know, my max speed was same as ur easy warmup ...) But still, I'm happy |

Thanx Tanya for the sympathy .... The escar (?) is flaking off my ellbow, I can see my kneecap again, already walk down stairs (not the hopping-down-on-one- foot any more ) and will try to show up for the LWNS (that is if I can get out of the office on time). First skating tests in Tatem on Saturday with were not really satisfactory, but I guess that was mostly because I don't like Tatem too much anyway and trying to keep up with Robby made it no more fun
Next tests will be held at Tatem on Monday evening 6.30-ish. |

Today it was the cyclists chasing Quentin down Ditchling Beacon, they were astonished to see his 42.5mph and couldn't keep up, LOL! |

Feeling sore after training at Richmond on Saturday.
KiwiRich and I had a 30mph downhill fall ending up with KiwiRich with a dodgy knee and me with roadrash on my thigh, bum and shoulder.
The worst thing is, I've ruined my new LSST jersey
No training for me next week. I'll be getting re-dressed tomorrow and hopeful I can take some part at Engadin (more downhills ), and more importantly, Le Mans. |

Ed! Get well quickly. A week is not much, but enough if it has to. Rich, tend that knee and heal well.
I bet, tarmac testing in London is even more painful than in Berlin .... |
