Yeah, come to Tatem. "500m, 1000m & 3000m + 1,000m Handicap " - it almost is sprints training (but with chance of shiny stuff)
[ I'm going to lsoe so badly on the 500, I'll probably still be accelerating by the end ] |

Yeah, that's the problem, almost is, but with a chance of stacking not shiny stuff  |

I was hoping to make the sprints session this morning but I'm broken again :(
I jumped a barrier yesterday that was higher than i anticipated and as a result landed awkwardly on my already dodgy ankle. I can still skate, but just not on my speedies. |

oh - sorry to hear that Ed - looks like the rec skating's fun but not great for an injury free speed season.
Sprints were great - thanks Mike and co. Well worth sacrificing my sleep in.
