sorry guys i could not make Tatem yesterday i left work at 7.30pm. i changed department this week and i have to work a bit harder  |

Probably the hardest session @ Tatem so far. 3 sets of 4 x 1500m, averaging about 2:45 over the whole session.
Really good work to Garan and Matt for hanging on, and even trying to sprint for the line a few times
Blake also came up and joined us - great to see him up there. |

I haven't trained in more than a week. Haven't even cycled much either, but I am starting to shake off this depression. |

Cool. I suspect you'll be chirpy as anything when the suicide season starts in October. To make you even more happy...I "forced" Quentin to eat a whole tub of Hagen Daaz last night. It wasn't difficult so there may be more to weigh him down for Berlin yet.  |
