So you're trying to improve your set downs, are you?
I'm resting all week, but if anyone can recommend any exercises that are kosher for me to try, I'd appreciate it.
Also, does anyone have a collection of speed skating videos that they could burn on DVD for me for analysis purposes? I'm making a slow start trying to collate some myself.
The thinking is that I can improve my technique psychologically. |

Ah yes, that's on my list. As for tough enough - if I come at you with buckets of hot and cold water, that'll be a no
Just kidding - cheers Mike! |

I spent four hours lying awake in bed last night with my knee itching like someone was flogging it with stinging nettles (slipped over in the wet yesterday, tore the scab off it and got a nice fetching bump on the face as well)
I'm thinking that "stay home and heal" is probably most of what I'm doing this week, too. It's now too late to do much about the 111 anyway. |

Despite only a short time on the boots on Saturday, they are still diggin' in to the missing part of my ankles. I'm also got a lot to do this week ... so
Tuesday - Tatem no, cause it's too early, RC* (if I can, to clear my head for a few hours)
Wednesday - Londonskate* (i'll make an extra effort to get to this)
Friday - Hope to finish what I have to do this week at work, then sleep - otherwise you may recieve some texts to say have fun at the 111km.
* Not in speed boots. |

Should have used a moist repair plaster innit. No scabs, minimal pain and itching. Unless you fall on them again of course. |

As it is supposed to be raining nearly all the week in Hamburg there will be nearly no training for me this week.
Maybe a bit track-skating on Thursday and Saturday, of course, the Sebby workshop in Bremen (*cross the fingers for good weather*) |
