Monday: rest, long bath
Tuesday: Tatem
rest of week not sure yet
Saturday: Blenheim
Sunday: marshalling Stroll to Ally Pally (lots of hills, I hope)

Anyone tempted by the idea of training at Eastway?  LIM and Le Mans are two of my three target races for the year, I should probably spend more time skating gradients than I do at the moment.

There I ws about to post that I was going to skive off anyway.  I'm knackered and my shoulder hurts (and I only have dry-weather bearings with me)
