Official schedule

Tues: Tatem, 6:30

Wed: Richmond, 6:30

Thurs: Tatem, 6:30

Sun: Hyde Park sprints (Mike, confirm?)

I'll also be popping past Hyde Park for a cruisey skate this pm, probably be there for about 6:30-7:30. Oh I love the summer time!

I am having a "rest" week.

Tue - LFNS route check Last hard skate of the week before Sunday
Wed - LondonSkate
Fri - LFNS
Sun - Bonn marathon

Plus my normal commuting.

I'm not aiming for anything special in Bonn. Just going to take it easy as the more important ones are the three following weekends. So I am going to check my settings re-orient my brain to marathon racing and I should comfortably smash my Bonn PB. I don't even know what my PB is but was my second race, I think it was around 1:47.

Adrian Wordsworth mentioned to Hans that he wants to come train with us at Tatem more often, and I think is planning to be there tomorrow. Great stuff!

I will probably be at Tatem Tuesday and Thursday aswell. Possibly be there on Sunday aswell but I can't guarantee anything at the moment.

Tomorrow and Wednesday I will skate from Strasbourg to Ernolsheim a distace of just over 20 miles return. (I did it twice last Saturday and Sunday) beautiful surface almost from my daughters door Very Happy

I'll be back in London on Thurday and so:

Friday - LFNS
Sunday - Tatem (couldn't get to HP before noon)
