I am busy tomorrow doing fitness tests (so not lazing about infront of the T.V) so won't be at Tatem.
Instead I am going tonight. I'm making it a late one because of the heat. I expect to turn up about 8 and skate until it gets dark.
P.S. Get well soon Garan. |

Tatem it is for me tomorrow, at least that's the plan.
Still cycling to work and loving it (great weather for it for sure) so that's another bit of training too... |

| Can't do Tatem, I'm checking the LFNS route. Thu Richmond if someone's there with a car, Sunday sprints. |

Looks like it might be a quiet night at Tatem this evening!
I'm not going to go all the way up. I need to taper off my training, as I'm leaving for Europeans tomorrow evening (gulp), and have to pack for my 12 days holiday
Am going to pop down to Hyde Park prob a little later just for some short intense taper sprints. |

| Andy, I will go to Richmond this Thursday, will aim to be there around 8pm (because of the heat) and stay there until it gets dark. Probably James will come along too. |

I'm still not doing any proper speed training until my new boots get here. Am skating loads in rec skates to stay toned etc but won't wear my old speed skated now, except for the last race or two in them, as I don't want my bump to get any bigger now I have been moulded. I am finding it rather hot to motivate myself for dryland too.
Skating related stuff this week.
Tue Route Check for LFNS
Wed LondonSkate
Fri LFNS
Sat will be at Skate London
Sun Tatem Park SWFRSC race meeting. |
