Definately dodgy
Mon - nothing/cinema
Tue - Tatem
Wed - London Skate
Thu - rest maybe Tatem if Tue rained off
Fri - rest & FISS committee meeting
Sat - rest, should be at Markus' Barbara's BBQ thingy pm but not too late as...
Sun - North London Race meeting, Tatem (I'm racing ) so come and watch me make a tit of myself First time racing track for about 2 years and I only did 2 sessions that year. I think I have only ever done 5 track race days in the last 4 years.
For those wanting to collect your suits, please look at the above and pm me the day before (or earlier) if you want me to bring your suit to any of those places. Can also make personal arrangements if you can tell me in advance where you will be. I'd like to get as many as possible out this week so you can get your feedback to Dan. |

Is any one making a call about Tatem tonight - given how dodgy the weather forcast seems to be (if so, when will the call be made?). I will try and go there (work permitting) if its definitely on and Adrian is taking it - otherwise, I could really do with some more rest as my body is still getting over arriving home at 4.00 a.m Monday morning (on account of Ryan Air hic ups).
Thanks in anticipation,
G |

It's already started raining in the city and I need the rest, so will give it a miss tonight. Good luck if you're going.

tonight we (read me off the back) did 30 lap warm up.
then 4x200m times 4. rolling starts, with pack regrouping and then rolling 2 laps into the 200m. (read me off the back)
front were doing 16secs. back was doing very badly!
then a few people were doing 100's from standing in 9.66 best to about 10.4!!
then we did (read me off the back) 10k points race, 5 laps, regroup, move in pack for 3laps, then 1/2 lap no one moves, then 1 and 1/2 fast |
