I cycled to work today for the first time. Actually 2nd time, but last week I ended up walking half the distance... So that's 2x5miles for me! Hope to be able to repeat it again this week weather permitting. |

Cool. That sounds like me then Started in Xmas and since then I always go to work on my bike. Keep it up, you won't regret it |

Thanks for the nice comments guys. I drove up today (was raining this AM) and felt bad this afternoon as it was quite sunny (if a tad windy). Hoping for nicer weather tomorrow and Friday. |

Is anyone going to Tatem Thursday?
I will be going as I have been advised to do some very slow laps to help my hip recover . I won't be doing anything at all strenuous .
