phew. those sprints were tiring. we altered the format slightly though. Did 0 x 500m sprints with a 40 minute rest interval. Apparently a common training pattern in Nigeria. |

0 x 500m suits me just fine.
I'd like to alter it slighty still, and add a 40-day rest interval between sprints. LOL |
