Sorry for late posting... forgot to update.
Tatem is on this evening. Hans will be coming along as well, so no Dorney lake if that's what you were thinking.
This is a low volume week for me, so I will only be doing 1 set of the exercises this evening. But everyone else has to do more |

Unsure about my plans this week because if all goes to plan I should be off on holiday to Cornwall before the end of the week (will try to get some skating in whilst there).
I'll be at Tatem tonight and most probably Thursday aswell. And if holiday fails, will be there Saturday and Sunday aswell. |

| I've started ankle exercises and muscle stretching - I can now walk without limping. |

| People wanting to go to Dorney should first check that it is available as the world rowing championships are on there all this week. |

Well i saw my physio this afternoon about my knees (they were twitching at each push in the last 1km of the race ) and now i have a slight pain under my right knee cap. he said it was just fatigue and that i should take it easy at least until the weekend. I will post if things improve. |

Hey Bea, get well soon!
I think I will do some track skating and maybe a long skate this week.
The next race (10k) is on Saturday, the 12th of the season... uff |

Nice work at Tatem last night everyone! Lots of new faces Barbara from the Netherlands and Claire & Alex who are getting ready for Berlin as well. Also good to see other Gavin from SA there again - nice to have some more sprinters! Now you just need to get fit boet
I will be away for the next 2 Tuesdays in Korea (woooohooooo!) but hopefully their will still be many attendees at the Tatem sessions in my absence! |

Kate and I have a new skate locker. Woohoo!
We're picking up my sister from Heathrow 9ish tomorrow (Thursday), so would be up for Richmond beforehand, w**ther permitting.
Could pick people up from Shepherds Bush southward, if that's helpful to anyone. |
