IIRC
- Warmup
- 10 minutes at "ten minute pace" with two-lap fast bits every 2.5 minutes
- 2x500, all-out
- 2x1000, half-lap each on the front
- 2x1500, half-lap each on the front
- 10 minutes(ish)? in a line, taking turns to accelerate from the back and rejoin at the front.
- warmdown
