Well, it rained in Zurich last night, so no streetskate for me
My training plan for the rest of the week:
Tue and Wed: nothing (I know that should not be but tonight I will go out with a friend and tomorrow I will be in the plane)
Thur: hopefully long skate (weather permitting)
Fri: maybe a short training
Sat: rest
Sun: marathon Hannover-Celle. First one this year so I am a bit excited... |

Anyone around HP this evening?
Will prob get there around 7ish for an hour - not sure what I'll be doing yet, but probably some long slow skating concentrating on skating position, set downs and correct pushing,
May also squeeze in some sprint starts.
<edit> Cancel that - something other than weather has come up </edit> |

Big up to Gav, thanks for your coaching yesterday afternoon. That was super helpful, I learnt a lot. Guess what, my shoulders are hurting almost as much as my legs!
Only problem is that the intervals left me feeling dozy, I couldn't remember my classes' names properly! |

haha no probs dude... I turned into quite the instructor yesterday. Stopped Blake after I was with you and got him to sort out his arm swing. Hopefully it sticks, it made him look a lot better. |

We had a great session in Victoria Park yesterday with Duracell, Alan, Linda, KateB and Skaterdiesel. we did 5*500m intervals and then 5*180m intervals. And lots of good teamwork too. Next session next Thursday will be most likely lead by Linda and Skaterdiesel as i am off on holiday to sunny Italy |
