I will be over at Tatem Park tonight (as weather looks good). I hope to do something a little different - more of a "how to" session for 300m. I hope it will be of interest to you as another skill to learn for track skating. I will be there at 7pm as usual. We will be looking at the start, the 1st 100m, track lines, the flying lap, and then bringing it all togeher for a full 300m.

Kind of committed to route check now. Haven't got my lid or track wheels either but it sounds interesting. Not that I am likely to be doing the time trials in the champs, I'm going to be wearing white, but it would be interesting to practice both from a skating and coaching and officiating point of view.

Someone needs to bring some chalk to draw a line .5m behind the 300TT start line (800m start line) for proper starting.

This week is all rest for me also, as I haven't fully recovered from the cycling at the w/e. Knees still hurt going up stairs and my hamstring feels a bit twitchy too.
Shame as it's a lovely night. See you next week!

Sorry Adrian, I couldn't make it this week either - will be there next week if you're taking another training session and the weather is good.

Put in a little LSS today, for the first time in a while.  Boy are the muscles complaining now.
