Monday resting after too much sound bike pedalling yesterday
Tuesday - Tatem. Don't know what the plan is but would like to do something short and intense, I had my long-sustained-effort training yesterday
Thursday - Hills: Richmond or Lee Valley
Saturday resting
Sunday Goodwood |

| I'm getting quite bored of the slow speed of the Wednesday and Friday night skates and want something a bit more challenging... Is it OK if I come along to one of the training sessions this week? Richmond on Thursday would be best as getting to Tatem is quite a nightmare for me. Alternatively, if you have any better suggestion please do suggest it! |

Problem has been that until now my attendance at the Wednesday and Friday skates has been quite sporadic - I haven't really been in a position to commit to helping out.
I'll be in London for the rest of the summer though and should be able to skate almost every Wednesday and most Fridays too - I'll happily volunteer this Wednesday if they are happy for some new people to lend a hand. |
