Tuesday - Route check if dry
Wednesday - Suicide if dry
Thursday - Maybe a marshal skate that ends at Roller disco but not going to RD.
Friday - LFNS
Saturday - Skate into town again via Richmond. Route check, Possible Brazilian BBQ, Movie at NFT
Sunday - Anyone fancy a morning at Hillingdon? Stroll afternoon, then NFT film in the evening. |

Not looking good I'm afraid, look at the thin line of showers approaching London, and worse, they roughly conform to the wind direction too:

Ok so...
Monday : gym (upper body and core muscles)
Tuesday : 1h cycling at lunch time (endurance pace) / interval trainning at the gym cycling 10*30sec fast 1min rest time)(running intervals 2min 14/16/18/20km/h flat resting time 1min incline 4 13/14/15/16km/h).
Wednesday : Weights (legs)
Thursday : Weights (upper body)
Friday : cycling to work resistance pace (44 miles)
Saturday : probably rest day...
Sunday : sprints and technic

Training in Bremen...
Monday: recovering from a tough session last Saturday (!) and not feeling too well
Tuesday: Team training session, skate around 30k
Wednesday: Technique session, intervals
Thurs: Rest, probably some core muscle stuff
Friday: long cycle / skate
Sat / Sun: Skate session with Michi. |

Cancelling Tatem today... looks like it will rain more, and pretty wet now anyway.
Might do a session on thursday, but with the Berlin half-marathon on Sunday it might be more sensible not to. Will post tomorrow. |

Ok already Tuesday...
Mon-Fri: cycling to work (fast...)
Wednesday: maybe a short technique session
Thursday: possible training with a team here in HH
Weekend: training with Merten (as long as the weather will be good *fingers crossed*)
Not enough, but a start... |

I'll be going to Tatem tomorrow @ approx 6:15 till dark.
