I'm tapering so I can be on peak form for Sardinia. Don't want to deplete those glycogen reserves ;-)
No, actually, I'm waiting for my cold to clear up. Probably RC + LFNS + RC + Stroll, but not intending to do anything strenuous in the next few days. |

Ooh, which way you going to Kingston? And what time? I wouln't mind coming with you from Twickenham, if you don't mind . BTW the road that goes through Bushy Park has been resurfaced (at last!) and is absolute joy to skate. |

Sol,
We were planning to go directly from my house but can go via Twickers no probs (just extra 3 miles)
The plan is to go to Kingston for Dinner (Nice Italian place I know) then go back, U up for that ?

Oh wow. That used to be a complete horror. Might have to do another Hampton court skate then. My house to Hampton Court goes directly through Bushy Park, then through Richmond Park and Roehampton Gate to Barnes then follow the second half of the London Skate Barnes route to central London. Putney/Kings Road. |

Hopefully the wether is good enough here so that I can go skating after work some time. . . need to practise bends and crossovers
In the meantime: go to work by bike and have two long slow skates on the weekend (at least) to get more used to the Junker's before Sardinia... |
