My bum hurts Is cycling meant to be that painful?
It was great to be out and about again, albeit it on two wheels. This cycling malarky made muscles I didn't even know I had ache - and only after one cycle path loop of Hyde Park
I also sneaked in about 4 laps of Serpentine Road on skates But I think I'll lay off them for another couple of weeks, especially as I can only do a slow down stop.
Definitely have cycle in as part of training now...just need to practice weaving in and out of cars as profficiently as I do on skates!
*heads off to look at Mike's cycle book review" |
