Tuesday - Tatem (maybe)
And if I can't go tomorrow, I'll try to go on Thursday since weather's looking good.
Until I've got someone interested in buying them, I'll be willing to loan out my old set of Belotti's (5x80mm), boots size 43 (UK 9). Picture here: http://www.serpentineroad.com/forum/album_page.php?pic_id=3949
Let me know if you're interested.

Weather is still pants over here in Germany... so these plans might differ a lot from what I can actually do... hope you guys have better weather at the moment.
Monday: Just back from a 1h run with some imitation/plyometrics
Tuesday: Hopefully skate about 35K, cycle a bit otherwise
Wednesday: undecided, either leisure skate / technique / rest, ...
Thursday: Track training in Hamburg
Weekend: NO RACE (strange feeling...), hopefully some nice tour instead. |

What's this I hear you're only doing ice, and not full on contrast baths? I know they're agonisingly painful, but if you want to heal quickly... [/mommy mode]

I did that yesterday: I have a particular exercise I practice called "running more hot water into the bath without getting up"
Best rest day ever[*]. Slept until 3pm :-)
Tues/Wed/Thurs: if the swelling on my knee has gone down (haven't taken the dressing off to prod it), short technique drills sessions + black books dvd
Fri: dentist
Weekend: probably not a lot
[*] Not that I've exectly been training hard enough to need it recently.
