HOW BRILLIANT WAS THIS MORNING!!!  Richmond was so awesome. Sunny, no wind, a tiny bit slippery on the first lap, but all the rest ... perfect.

Can't wait to skate tomorrow morning at Tatem SmileSmile

Richmond was so awesome, I've REALLY enjoyed the last couple of weekend!!!  I'm back and motivated!

I was getting a little worried  Rolling Eyes that i wasn't able to snap out of my lack of enthusiam about speed skating, exhibited since about December - to last weekend!

Pah- this skating malarky is so overrated :p

Just kidding. I enjoyed it too-for a change. Hoping future sessions feel this good on the inside, and less aching on the outside :)

Richmond was awesome on Sun morning too. When I arrived at 9 EVERYTHING was white. Except the road. That was mostly black ice. Nearly turned around and went back home but glad I didn't. First 2 laps were a bit tricky but after that was ok. Even considered doing an extra lap but went and did the Stroll as a warm down instead.

Foggy.  Well, misty anyway.  Cold, wet, and a bit slippery
