| Dan and I are going spinning at Kensington Courtneys on Thursday eve. There's the LSS at 3 on Sat, I haven't made any other plans for the weekend yet. |

Spinning Thu, possibly followed by LFNS RC
Marshalling half the LFNS Fri
Stroll RC + LSS Sat
No other plans yet, but at some point I'd like to find a small patch of good tarmac somewhere near home and work on my crossovers a bit. |

Friday - FNS (provisional)
Sat - LSST session in HP 12.30 classic stride with Mike (is it still on?) then long slow skate.
Sun - I would love to join you Hans in Richmond, the only problem i have is that my boots are still killing me. i have tried leather padding - does not work, i will try foam padding tomorrow and pray. if i only have my FSKs then no training . |

Nope, no LSST session this weekend. There was a marshal session which everyone can join in on, but the dates/times have changed - see the topic.
LSS as normal at 15.00 on Saturday. |

| Hope my foot has healed enough to skate by the weekend or I will be sticking to my floor exercises. Got a 1cm gash on the top of my left foot. Picked something on the sole on my right one, tried to brush it off with my left and cut myself. No sure what a little piece of slate was doing in my kitchen. I guess must have got stuck to the bottom of my shoes. |

I've finally made it out on my skates today, first time since Sardinia
Seems the Sardinia drills do make quite a difference, at least from what I could try out during a 75 minute skate on mostly dirty and slippery tarmac. It has been great motivation anyway... helps to remember what all the running and dryland stuff I do is good for. |

I wanna skate too
Have not been skating since Sardinia. Bad weather here in Germany, long work...my old boots are not assembled and my new ones have not arrived yet. Junker takes his time.

Kind of sparsely attended (unless lots of people had left before I got there) but that's understandable due to the weather: two of my wheels don't turn now.
Thanks for doing it, Mike, I had a good one.
(Stroll Route Check Sunday 11am from the serpentine road east end, weather permitting: anyone who wants to turn up is welcome, and it might be a little faster than the stroll itself. Though I'll be doing it in FSKs, so not super fast) |

| Thanks for coming. Yup, a bit sparse, not surprising with the weather and the time of year. You're getting a bit too fast for my liking now, LOL! |
