I'm assuming no-one's coming to either of these? No matter, I'll be there Saturday anyway, and I'll do the sprints by myself on Sunday. The sprints are most likely to be on South Carriage drive unless the Serpentine Road is really empty, I'll pass through the beach at about 09.40. |

| Ended up doing a little LSS later on, it was fairly quiet. Lots of horse riders, including one horse who shied violently from Blake and I, in spite of us having slowed down and gone to the other side of the road. |
