| I'll be taking it easy this week and allowing my body to heal a bit. Will report back if Adrian Wordsworth is planning on being at Tatem this week. |

Mike, will be away next two weekends - but will join you for sprints the sunday on my return if you are doing them then. |

"LFNS spin class" (firebrox pedalling) Friday
Maybe Birmingham on Sunday, otherwise sprints |

Does that mean you won't be at Tatem, or that you will be and there's a chance the rest of us can keep up with you?
Anyone else expecting to be there? |

My back is still sore - so I think my first outing, if at all will be the LondonSkate. I've also got a horrible blister on my right heel, so won't be in my speedboots until I'm happy that's near-healed.
I think I will take a lot of this week easy, and aim to start training again next week. |

Who's the session open to, Mike? LSST members? LFNS/LS marshals? Anyone? Thanks. |
