Tue back on skates. Going to potter from work to Leicester Sq and then maybe to Paddington after film
Wed Pootle to Paddington from work via Traffy Sq to see off the suiciders.
Thu LFNS AGM
Fri Punter on LFNS
Sat RC for Stroll
Sun Stroll.

Went to a "snow fit" gym course today. Well, something completely different Wink but might be worth repeating. Was a usual aerobics session with a set of ski-spezific drills, so not too bad for skating I guess.

Rest of week: Tues: Run/dryland, Wed: rest, Thurs: general strength, Fri rest, Weekend one run/dryland session.

General: try to manage one skate in dry weather, whenever possible.

Ive been crap. Did richmond park training on tues, got on plane, arrived here (singapore) on wednesday and only got around to doing another proper session yesterday (monday). today I fly again, but tomorrow night there is a sydney night skate which is long. so maybe that counts.

I meant to go for a morning run a couple of times, but I have got to bed before 3am for none of my 6 nights here.

Met some people here - Maxime who is originally from Russia, but races for Singapore now, and also Bill Begg. They were both at a meeting I went to last night. For some reason I was expecting Bill to look more like John Fry (snr) or something.

My training sessions are thus at the moment (generally)

Mon: Lunch time gym (weights as per sardinia notes in Library) / swim. Evening gym if went swimming.
Tuesday: Lunch time swim (maybe) Skate in evening (slalom indoors) or circuits
Wednesday: As Monday
Thursday: As Tuesday, possibly badminton in evening.
Friday: As Monday / Wednesday.
Saturday: Skating when I can, no gym / swim.
Sunday: Eating chocolate and drinking beer.
