I was hoping to train today at tatem but didn't think much was happening so...
Tuesday - RC
Wednesday - Londonskate
Thursday - Technique session (probably best not to go to Richmond, original I wanted to make it no more than about an hour and in HP but might be up for VP ... will decide later
Friday - gental skate
Sat - rest
Sun - LIM |

I'm waiting to speak to the physio to see what I can and can't do. I defn won't be at Tatem tonight, and almost defn won't be skating at all this week.
Next wek I might come through to Tatem even if I can't train. |

I was bloody knackered today, still cycled 2x8K (with a head wind tonight), and had a 60mins powernap.  No Tatem obviously. Oops. |
