Hummm?!? Anyone training at all this week then?
I may come to Tatem if there are others going too (even if it's only for some "slow" skating, tapering, whatever...), and this time I will try to take my helmet with me. Big asking... |

| I will do some short track skating this week on Thursday. No serious training for the LIM. Anyway I am "only" doing the half marathon. I am heading for a PB in Wedel the week afterwards. |

I'm not sure whether I should be doing much training this week or not.
On one hand I have the half marathon this weekend so I guess I shouldn't train that hard.
But on the other hand I will have to go off to Belgium for Zandvoorde the following weekend and then there is the British champs the weekend after that.
Not sure what I should be doing |

I'm doing a full training week as the LIM is not a primary focus for me, but Wedel marathon one week after is, so last chance for any improvement.
Monday: Did some technique / power work today, rethinking some points from a little video session we did on Friday.
Tuesday: Team training, will be full intervals session
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Team training (hopefully), technique / sprints otherwise
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Travel to London, shopping, tourist streetskate
Sunday: Enjoy the LIM (as far as one can enjoy that one...) - I won't be going all out, just have a good skate and see what happens. |

Well, I don't know about anyone else, but I'm ready to get back on the horse again. I think all the... ummm... "tapering" I did the week before Goodwood zapped what little fitness I had cobbled together this summer.
Hans had mentioned skating at some new place today, but I can't remember the name of it. And is there going to be much of a crowd at Tatem today?
Thanks,
Kevin

| As a change from Tatem I'll give Dorney Lake a go this evening - training starts at 6:30 sharp so I'll try to get there for 6 |
