Weather looks like it may wreak a bit of havoc this week.
Plans notwithstanding are:
Wednesday - RC
Friday - LFNS
Saturday - RC
Sunday - Stroll
I would like to fit in a long route check (16ish miles) from my house through to Hampton Court, Richmond Park and on to HP if anyone want to join me. It'll be on Saturday or Sunday whichever has the better weather.
If both are looking good then Saturday morning for the long skate and then I'll decide if I want to go to Hillingdon for Sunday morning.
If anyone wants to skate all or some of the long route check then I am up for a bit of company. I have to try and remember it so it won't be particularly fast. |

| Not sure I'm going to make much training this week. I got woken up at 4am by a sick and feverish miniMike, no doubt I'll catch it too now. Plus I have a stupid amount of lessons at the moment. |

I'd love to do some (if not all) of it Rick as it goes past my neck of the woods. Just let me know when.
Otherwise it looks like a week off for me. Can't RC or LFNS. If I'm a good girl i might get to do the Stroll. |

OK, a bit early... but for next weeks training thread I would not be able to write on the forum (Sardinia... ) I just want to ask for a little favour:
could you choose a nice road for the Sunday stroll on Sunday the 20th 'cause Merten and I will be in London then and I would love to do a cool Sunday stroll again!
Cheers Michi |

You mean the 19th, I hope. According to the rota it's Markus's turn to lead, so bring a headtorch and a rope: we're probably going caving ... |

Managed a quick tryout session of a frame adjustment yesterday. Was too wet to have fun, so aborted.
Tues: I hope I can squeeze in a longer skate today, at least it should be dry, just need the snow to melt first...
Weds or Thurs: hopefully some sort of skating, rest the other day
Thursday travel to Hamburg to meet up witch Michi.
Friday: Travel to Sardinia |

You know this already, but: double-check the bolts are tight
I had one fall out on Sunday. Fortunately I wasn't going hard enough for anything actively unpleasant to happen as a result, but it's embarrassing to have to admit I dropped out halfway through the sunday stroll and got a taxi back to the park... |

I know and double checked This did not happen to me yet, but once in a race somebody of our paceline had to stop because his frame had come loose - apparently, judging by his swearing, not the first time... sorry for OT posting... |

| Dan, must be some thing to do with that route, because I lost a bolt/axle on the route check. It's never happenned to me before, but I'm now obsesive about tightening up everything. |
